HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07231996 - C2 c THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS e, 2 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on July 23, 1996 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisor's Rogers, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Smith NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 96/ 318 (S & H § 8355) Subject: Quitclaim of Access Restriction Richmond Parkway North Richmond Area Work Order No. 1008 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On May 9, 1972, Contra Costa County acquired certain access rights to property described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto. The right of way contract for the purchase of said access rights provided for future driveway openings to be relinquished to the remaining property. This Board hereby DETERMINES that the access restriction, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is no longer needed by the public. Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355, and in consideration of the request of the City of Richmond, the Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the Chair to sign a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County, to C.S. Holdings, Inc., to remove said access restriction. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered to grantee.
