Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention to Convey the Concord Court Property to the City of Concord Portion A.P.N. 111-240-010 Project No. 4070-000104 The Board of,Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board intends to convey to the City of Concord, County owned real property described in the attached Notice for$725,000.00 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Release, Settlement, and Sale Agreement on file in the Public Works Department and County Counsel. This property is not required for County use and the sale price is the market value of said property. The Release, Settlement and Sale Agreement provides for a payment of$95,000 to the City for common area maintenance charges incurred by the County between 1992 and 1995, said amount to be deducted from the sales price. Also included are terms and conditions relative to the final resolution and disposition of legal actions taken by the County and City relative to the deposition of said property. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, August 13, 1996, at 10:15 a.m. in the Board's Chambers _in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote. The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached Notice published one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Contra Costa Times, a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061).
