Portion of Assessor's Parcel No. 095-031-011 Project No. 0662-684211 Bay Point Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on September 12, 1995, passed Resolution No. 95/414 and Notice fixing September 26, 1995, at 9:45 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to Lonnie Vaughn, et. al.; said Notice was duly published in the Contra Costa Times. This Board,. hereby finds that said property is no longer required for present or future County use and the exchange of real property with Lonnie Vaughn, et. al., for property adjacent to County property is of equal value. This Board hereby: A. APPROVES the Right of Way Contract between Contra Costa County and Lonnie Vaughn, et. al., and the conveyance of the property located in the Bay Point area, to Lonnie Vaughn, et. al. upon Lonnie Vaughn, et. al., conveying adjacent property to the County; B. ACCEPTS the deed dated June 16, 1995, from Lonnie Vaughn, et. al.; C. AUTHORIZES the Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way Contract. D. AUTHORIZES the Board Chair to execute a Quiticiam Deed to Lonnie Vaughn, et. al. on behalf of the County; RESOLUTION 95/431 i % E.
