The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board on September 12, 1995, passed Resolution No. 95/414 and Notice fixing
September 26, 1995, at 9:45 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building,
Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the
conveyance of the real property described therein to Lonnie Vaughn, et. al.; said Notice
was duly published in the Contra Costa Times.
This Board,. hereby finds that said property is no longer required for present or
future County use and the exchange of real property with Lonnie Vaughn, et. al., for
property adjacent to County property is of equal value.
This Board hereby:
A. APPROVES the Right of Way Contract between Contra Costa County and
Lonnie Vaughn, et. al., and the conveyance of the property located in the
Bay Point area, to Lonnie Vaughn, et. al. upon Lonnie Vaughn, et. al.,
conveying adjacent property to the County;
B. ACCEPTS the deed dated June 16, 1995, from Lonnie Vaughn, et. al.;
C. AUTHORIZES the Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way
Contract.
D. AUTHORIZES the Board Chair to execute a Quiticiam Deed to Lonnie
Vaughn, et. al. on behalf of the County;

E. DIRECTS the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant
Deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on September 26, 1995, by at least a four-fifths vote of

September 12, 1995, declared its intention to convey to Lonnie Vaughn, et. al., the
following described real property in exchange for Parcel 24 and 24T required for the
Willow Pass Road Sidewalk Project:
All that certain real property in the County of Contra Costa, described as follows:
The west 20 feet of Lot 2 and the east 20 feet of Lot 3 in Block 1, as delineated
upon that certain map entitled, Joseph Siino Subdivision," Contra Costa County,
California, filed August 13, 1929, in Map Book 21, page 590, in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, State of California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: That portion thereof conveyed to Contra Costa County
by Deed dated June 8, 1994, and recorded July 21, 1994, Series No. 94-186308,
Official Records.
The Board- will meet on Tuesday, September 26, 1995, at 9:45 a.m., in the Board's
Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to make

SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention
to Exchange Real Property with Lonnie Vaughn, et. al.
Willow Pass Road Sidewalk Project

Bay Point Area
The Board of Supervisors, of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board intends to exchange with Lonnie Vaughn, et. al., County owned real
property in the Bay Point area, described in the attached Notice of Intention to Exchange
Real Property, for land of equal value adjacent to the County's property in accordance with
the terms and conditions of the Right of Way Contract on file in the Public Works
Department.
This property is not required for County use and the exchange is for property of
equal value required for the Willow Pass Road Sidewalk project. The value of the
properties being exchanged is approximately $22,700.00.
This Board hereby sets Tuesday, September 26, 1995, at 9:45 a.m. in the Board's
Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as
the time and place it will meet to consummate this exchange by a four-fifths vote.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached Notice published
one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Contra Costa Times,
a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061).
