HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09191995 - C40 r , eex4;dec WfW., x'32 LfD Contra TO: REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Costa County FROM: Phil Batchelor r ` °" Executive Director DATE: September 19, 1995 SUBJECT: Bay Point Redevelopment Area - Construction of Alves Lane Storm Drain SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS AUTHORIZE the Deputy Director - Redevelopment to execute a contract with Contra Costa County providing for Redevelopment Agency financial participation in a storm drain on Alves Lane in the Bay Point Redevelopment Project Area, and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director to execute a contract with the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency providing for financial participation in a storm drain on Alves Lane in the Bay Point Redevelopment Project Area. FISCAL IMPACT No General Fund monies will be used on this project. The total contract amount is not to exceed $125,300, with $95,500 the expected cost for the construction of the storm drain. Approximately $29,800 is attributed to design review and negotiation fees of the storm drain plans. This project will utilize the FY 1995-96 funds budgeted by the Redevelopment Agency. DEPUTY 2 of their discretionary permit, RCD has prepared storm drain plans which will be used for the construction of a storm drain. This drain will run on the western side of Alves Lane, from Willow Pass Road to the project site at the intersection of Water Street and Alves Lane.
