TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3681
ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District III
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code, Declaring Parking
to be Prohibited on Flora Avenue (Road No. 3845AL), Walnut Creek
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is
established (and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times except for the loading and unloading of freight
and passengers (yellow curb) on the east side of Flora Avenue (Road No. 3845AL)
Walnut Creek, beginning at a point 510 feet south of the south curb line of
Boulevard Way and extending south a distance of 40 feet.

of Boulevard Way and extending south a distance of 20 feet.

County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is
established (and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times on both sides of Elder Drive (Road No.
3975F) Pacheco, beginning the south curb line of Center Avenue and extending
south a distance of 45 feet and on the west side beginning at a point 125 feet south
of the south curb line of Center Avenue and extending south a distance of 30 feet.

County, Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is
established (and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times on the south side of State Route 4 (Road No.
7182C) Oakley, beginning at a point 65 feet west of the center line of O'Neill Court
and extending easterly a distance of 120 feet.
