HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09121995 - C4 P7� A THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on September 12, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisor Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Rogers TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3681 ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District III SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code, Declaring Parking to be Prohibited on Flora Avenue (Road No. 3845AL), Walnut Creek The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that: On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established (and other action taken as indicated): Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby declared to be prohibited at all times except for the loading and unloading of freight and passengers (yellow curb) on the east side of Flora Avenue (Road No. 3845AL) Walnut Creek, beginning at a point 510 feet south of the south curb line of Boulevard Way and extending south a distance of 40 feet. i nereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervis rs on the date shown.
