As you know,Ms. Fonseca claims to have moved into her property along with her child, another female adult and two male adults after her tenant moved out in May 1995. The extra work needed r- will involve delivery of a 30 Day Notice to Vacant, delivery of a rental agreement and preparation of a moving claim. I estimate that the above services will take about 3.5 hours to complete. y The above estimated hours is based on providing only the above mentioned. work. It is my understanding that Ms. Fonseca or any of other occupants are not elig ble for relocation assistance, since they moved into the property after an offer to purchase had been de and with full knowledge of the County's intent to acquire the property.
