A SUPERVISORS AND COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR BY DEPUTY r +, -2- After completing the review and receiving the requested letter that states there were no material year-end financial adjustments in 1994 for Concord TV Cable, staff determined that Concord TV Cable had calculated the regulated equipment and installation charges consistent with established FCC guidelines, and that there is no refund liability for the period covered by the FCC Form 1205. (Effective April, 1995 and beyond) Therefore, staff recommends that the Board approve the FCC Form 1205 submitted by Concord TV Cable.
