San Mateo County now acts as Host County for the State and is responsible for maintaining the Medi-Cal Administrative Claiming (formerly known as SB 910) Trust Fund through which it receives participant fees from the Local Jurisdictions (Counties) , disburses the funds to the appropriate agencies, and coordinates the Program. In order for Contra Costa to claim its share of the State funds, the County must contract with both the State Department of Health Services (#29-309) and with the County of San Mateo (#23-184) .
