Bray, Attorney-at-Law, P.O. Box 630, Martinez, California, 94553. D. DIRECT the Real Property Division to record said easement in the Office of the County Recorder. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Construction of underground drainage facility across Grantor's property required the acquisition of a permanent drainage easement. The payment set forth in I. above represents the consideration for said rights and settlement of Superior Court Case No. C93-05740. IV.
