I. Recommended Action:
A. ACCEPT Grant Deed dated July 28, 1994, from Frank Domingo and Angie Domingo.
B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant Deed recorded
in the office of the County Recorder.
II. Financiallmaact:
None, payment was made to owners in 1989.

These property rights are required for the Highway 4 Cypress Road Signal project in accordance
with the approved plans and specifications.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications.

Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the parcel of land described in the Quitclaim Deed
recorded May 25, 1967 in Book 5376 at page 384, Official Records of said County, thence
from said Point of Beginning, along the northerly line of Cypress Road, south 89036'33" east
184.40 feet to the westerly line of that parcel of land described in the deed to Frank Domingo
and Angie Domingo recorded June 14, 1973 in Book 6970 at page 781, Official Records of
said County; thence leaving said northerly line north 201427" east 6.72 feet, along said
westerly line; thence leaving said westerly line (6970 O.R. 781), south 88018'22"west 184.74
feet to the Point of Beginning.
