SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATIONS)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
A. APPROVE Right of Way Contract and ACCEPT Grant Deed dated May 3, 1994, from
Hugh B. McArdle and Rosale E. McArdle.
B. AUTHORIZE Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of
the County.
C. APPROVE payment of $3,300.00 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-
Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Chicago Title Company, 500
Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek, Ca., 94596, Escrow No. 75616 to be forwarded to
the Real Property Division for delivery.
D. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant Deed recorded
in'the office of the County Recorder.

These property rights are required for the Willow Pass Road Sidewalk project in accordance with
the approved plans and specifications.

approved plans and specifications.
