SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDED ACTION
Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County, an
option to extend the Lease dated June 27, 1989, with Willow
Glen Office Building Partnership for the premises at 3052
Willow Pass Road, Concord, for continued occupancy by the
Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions
-. more particularly set forth in said Lease Option.
II . FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the
Health Services Department.
III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as required by the Health Services
Department for the Concord Health Center.
