Code § 25526.5) SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Excess Real Property to Monte and Lucia Albers Assessor's Parcel No. 011-190-031 Byron Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property on September 12, 1986, in the Byron area, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for road purposes. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for County or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed $10,000.00. This Board hereby APPROVES the Real Property Sales Agreement between Contra Costa County and Monte and Lucia Albers and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property to Monte and Lucia Albers, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5; and the Public Works Department is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute said Agreement. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County in consideration for the site work referenced in the Real Property Sales Agreement which represents the estimated fair market value of the property. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Deed to be delivered to the grantee. This conveyance request is part of a larger project for which an EIR was prepared an . environmentally certified by the Board on May 18, 1993.
