Martinez, CA 94553 Re: Verissimo; Appeal Of Health Services Department Decision Dear Ms. Maglio: This confirms our telephone conversation of September 9, 1993, in which we .discussed discussed the present status of the Verissimo appeal. The parties involved are still attempting to resolve the matter amicably. Exploring the options has taken longer than anticipated but may result in complete resolution. Therefore, the parties elect to continue to investigate various options. However, more time will be needed to do so. On behalf of the Verissimos, the appealing party, we request that this appeal be continued to a date certain of March 15, 1994. It is intended that no rights be waived as a result of this action. The only purpose is to prevent repeated short-term continuances while the parties continue their efforts. Please replace my letter dated September 10 with this letter. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please advise us of any action of the Board regarding this. Very truly yours, Little & Saputo e le cc: Clients Amara L. Koss, Ass1t.
