C, position 42-170, salary level H2 256 (1592-1935) to Family Support Quality Assurance and Training Specialist. This class is exempt from overtime Amend Resolution 71/17 establishing positions and resolutions allocating classes to the Basic/Exempt Salary Schedule, as described above. M347 6/82 242 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY C L A S S I F I C A T I O N O U EST ION N A I RE NAME DEPARTMENT DIVISION Gail White District Attorney Family Support OFFICIAL JOB CLASSIFICATION WORKING JOB TITLE Place of Work and Assigned Hours Time Required Description of Work: 50% QUALITY ASSURANCE: Systematic, random review of child support cases to identify problem areas and make corrections as necessary or possible; insure adherence to departmental policy and procedure; insure compliance with State and Federal regulations; establish and maintain procedures for management reviews using problem areas as a basis for viable training material ; provide monthly statistical reports to the Director on problem areas, qualitative and quantitative output of staff. 45% STAFF DEVELOPMENT: Identify training needs discovered through management review, staff input and management requests; plan, develop and administer training on individual and group basis for all levels of Family Support staff; arrange for guest speakers; prepare training and resource material ; resource person to Unit Supervisors on policy and procedural questions; reports monthly to the Director relative to training preparation, results and scheduled sessions including submission on monthly reports. 5% MISCELLANEOUS: Substitute as Collections Supervisor upon request of Program Assistant or Direc- tor; provide resource material to be used in modification of policy and procedure manual ; special reviews and investigative assignments as requested by the Direc- tor. f AR 75 243 List Machines or Equipment Operated as Part of Job: Calculator, motion picture projector, overhead projector.
