salary level H2 510 (2052-2494) and reclassifyerson and position of Office Manager,
position 42-136, salary level H2 329 (1712-2081 to Family Support Office Manager.
This class is exempt from overtime.
Amend Resolution 71/17 establishing positions and resolutions allocating classes to the
Basic/Exempt Salary Schedule, as described above.

Time Required Description of Work:
60% MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Periodically review and analyze budget data noting upgrading items for considera-
tion in the next budget formulation; gather extraneous budget data as discovered
or developed or needed; monitor, review and update salary and benefits criteria
for monthly review; monthly audit, review and adjust expenditures through County
expenditure run; prepare, analyze, justify and submit administrative claim to
State Office of Child Support Enforcement.
Research, develop and advise the Director on matters pertaining to organizational
work units and other administrative operations including procedures, data proces-
sing, office equipment and other capital outlay items , space requirements and
cost estimates related to matters being developed; insure and coordinate main-
tenance and security of Family Support building, maintenance of office equipment
and other capital outlay items.
Supervise timekeeping and payroll reporting including injury reports; develop,
maintain and control reproduction of printed matter; supervise the order and/or
purchase of supplies for the Division; insure office equipment and office layout
conform to California OSHA requirements; prepare reports, correspondence and
directives relevant to divisional operations.
40% CLERICAL OPERATIONS
Establish and maintain policy and procedure for personnel management of clerical
staff; supervise performance evaluations of clerical personnel ; develop, organize
and maintain the establishment of clerical support systems including production
standards; interview, select or participate in the selection of clerical person-
nel .
