THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on September 14, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN. None RESOLUTION NO. 93/535
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 7091, Martinez Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7091 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Security Owners
Corporation heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub-
division Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of September 14, 1993,thereby establishing the six-month terminal period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $6825.00 cash security for labor and materials
CAuditor's Deposit Permit No. 188698, dated April 11, 1991) deposited by Security Owners
corporation be RETAINED for the six-month lien guarantee period until March 14, 1994,
at which time the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the cash security less
the amount of any claims on file.
