SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease, commencing October 1, 1993, with GENERAL
TRUCK DRIVERS, WAREHOUSEMAN, HELPERS AND AUTOMOTIVE EMPLOYEES
OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY - LOCAL 315 for the premises at 2727
Alhambra Avenue, Martinez, California for occupancy by the
Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the
Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf
of the County.
II . FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health
Services Department.
III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide administrative offices and medical space as requested
by the Health Services Department.
