SUBJECT: LEASE RENEWAL - 600 "F" STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease Renewal, commencing September
_ 1, 1993, with the Martinez Unified School District for the
premises at 600 "F" Street, Martinez, for occupancy by the
Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease Renewal, and
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said
Lease Renewal on behalf of the County.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the Community Services Department.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide space for
Preschool Program as requested by the Community Services
Department.
