SUBJECT: Transportation Committee Item for August 3, 1993A nda
Please be aware that the Transportation Committee's "Report on
Procedures for the County's Spare the Air Program" that appears on
the August 3 Board of Supervisors meeting as 11T.C.1" will be
deleted.
Earlier this month I scheduled this item for the August 3rd Board
meeting in anticipation of a July 26 Transportation Committee
meeting. County staff subsequently determined that, due to prior
Board action on the Spare the Air program, Transportation Committee
review of these procedures is not necessary. The Clerk of the
Board was not informed of this change in procedures so the item
appears as a Transportation Committee report as originally
scheduled.
The procedures for the Spare the Air program will be scheduled as
an item from the Director of Community Development for the August
10th Board of Supervisors meeting. That Board Order is attached
for your information. Please call me at 646-2131 if you have
questions on this material or other direction.
