THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on August 3, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 93/474
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7330, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision 7330 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with
Hillside Park Partners heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of
the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of August 3, 1993 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for
the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Oakley Road and the
hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of
Subdivision 7330 filed October 22, 1990, in Book 353 of Maps at page 1, Official Records
of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be
County Roads.

requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
