HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08031993 - 1.5 R w /1 I THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on August 3, 1993 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.93/473 SUBJECT: Amending Drainage Improvement Agreement, Subdivision 7330, Oakley Area. The following substitute security to guarantee the offsite drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code was presented for Board approval this date: Security with Hillside Park Partners as principal in the form of a corporate surety bond (Bond No. 202995 S) dated September 27, 1990 (Amended 7-16-93), and issued by Developers Insurance Company. The $869,500 faithful performance is revised to $91,289.25 (15 percent) for the one year warranty period. The $439,150 for labor and materials is still in affect. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Drainage Improvement Agreement approved by the Board on October 16, 1990, is hereby AMENDED to allow substitution of the above-mentioned corporate surety bond in place of the existing corporate surety bond.
