In the event the County rejects the corrected Contractor report a second time, and the County does so with good cause and in writing, the County may exercise its right to cancel this agreement in writing. Such cancellation by the County shall result in its right to refuse payment for work performed by the Contractor under the Fit Analysis stage of the project. c) At a minimum, County acceptance of the System will be contingent upon the following: • The System's ability to produce all reports and screens that are described in this agreement and its attachments. • The ability to enter, correct, and display all fields that are specified in the agreement. • The ability to enter and retrieve data, both on-site and from remote sites, and to do so within the response times that are set forth in the agreement. d) The acceptance evaluation period will commence upon the County's receipt of written notice from the Contractor that the System has been installed and readied for acceptance testing. The County shall complete acceptance testing within fifteen (15) working days of its receipt of written notification to commence testing. Per the Project Schedule (e. attached), final system acceptance will come after all software modifications have been tested and deficiencies corrected (estimated as 1/14/94). Page 10 0 A Major fail-ire of the System during acceptance testing shall cause a new fifteen (15) day acceptance testing period to commence following the Contractor's correction of the Major deficiency.
