The HOME Program will provide funds to local governments, including consortia, for acquisition, new construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of housing for lower income families. Funds may also be used for tenant-based rental assistance. We look forward to working with your staff, and other members of the Consortia, to improve and conserve the housing stock for low and very low income families in the affiliated communities. .
