RECOMMENDATION Authorize the Board Chair to execute and submit certain Closeout Documents for the JTPA III 40% EDWAA programs, awarded under the Subgrant Agreements G300245, G301242, and G300565 to the State of California's Job Training Partnership Division (JTPD). II. FINANCIAL IMPACT None. One hundred percent Federal funds. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND By its order dated December 8, 1992, the Board authorized execution of Subgrant Agreement G300245 for $59,600 for the term July 1, 1992 through June 30, 1993 for the DTPA EDWAA Rapid Response Program. Subsequently the amount identified to be effectively utilized was $39,600 and therefore the initial funds were reduced accordingly. Expenditures were $35,216.13. By its order dated March 30, 1993, the Board authorized execution of Subgrant Agreement G301242 for $22,000 for the term February 1, 1993 through June 30, 1993 to supplement the DTPA EDWAA Local Assistance Program Subgrant G300074. By its order dated April 7, 1992, the Board approved submission of the Job Training Plan for Program Years 1992-94 which included plans for DTPA Title III EDWAA. Subgrant Agreement C300565 for $8,495 for the term July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1993 was awarded for the outstationing of an Employment Development Department staff in the EDWAA PIC Regional Office. Expenditures were $8,495.
