At 11: 30 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 12 : 15 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1 .
