THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
DATE: July 27, 1993 MATTER OF RECORD
SUBJECT: CLOSED SESSION
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held
in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 11: 30 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room
105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 12 : 15 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

capacities)
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956 .9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session, concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956 .9, subdivision:
