Ladies and Gentlemen:
I hereby. resign as a Commissioner ofithe Pinole Fire Protection .
District as of July 15, 1991.
I always understood that I was appointed by you to represent
your interests and the interests of the residents of the Pinole Fire
Protection District. However, since you, and you alone, decided .to
place on the ballot the recent "Advisory" proposition in our area
without any consultation, either in person or by letter, with any
member of the Board of Commissioners, it is clear that you do not
need my services.
Thank you.
Yours truly,
