CA 91720, expressing appreciation for obtaining approval to make
the Eastern Gaylord Container Plan a Marketing Recycling Zone,
and asking the Board to participate in the acquisition of this
site as a Joint Venture with the City of Antioch.

1. 64 Letter dated September 10 , 1992 from Andrea Mackenzie, Park
Planner, East Bay Regional Park District, P.O. Box 5381, Oakland,
94605-0381, urging the Board to deny the proposed Cusik Rezoning
at the terminus of Alhambra Creek Road in the vicinity of Briones
Regional Park.

1. 65 Letter dated August 20, 1992 from Sherri Piazza, P.O. Box 230,
Knightsen, 94548, requesting the Board to require brokers,
managers, landlords, and property owners to supply garbage
services to tenants.

1.66 Letter dated September 6, 1992 from Elma Ruth White, P.O. Box
773 , Lafayette, 94549, requesting refund of a $1,032 penalty she
was charged for failure to enclose a check for the second
installment of taxes paid in 1991.

1. 67 Letter dated September 10, 1992 from Hugh West, Manager, Human
Resources, Dow U.S.A. , P.O. Box 1398, Pittsburg, 94565, informing
the Board that the Walnut Creek site of Dow Chemical Company will
close permanently beginning December 1, 1992.
