SUBJECT: Authorization to Charge Project Supervision Time by
Public Works Against Family Stress Center Trust Account
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMIMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
Recommendation:
1. Acknowledge receipt of letter from Family Stress Center Board of
Directors agreeing to appropriate andi•temized charges by the Public Works
Department to be charged against the Stress Center Trust Account for
supervision of the remodeling at the Gregory Gardens School for the Family
Stress Center.
2. Authorize Public Works to provide supervision of the remodeling
project for the Family Stress Center and to charge the Family Stress Center
Trust Account for the costs of the project supervision.
Background:
The Board on October 18, 1983, directed that no charges be assessed to
the Family Stress Center Trust Account without prior Board approval.
The current letter dated November 23, 1983, from the Family Stress
Center Board of Directors requests that Public Works provide supervision
on the remodeling project at the Gregory Gardens School for their use
and agrees to the supervision charges being made against the Center's
Trust Account.
