Recommended Action: A. ACCEPT Grant Deed dated September 22, 1992 from Contra Costa County. B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant Deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder. II. Financial Impact: None III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The property being conveyed to the District is required for the Wildcat Creek project in the Richmond area. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
