Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Right of Way Conveyance Wildcat Creek Project No. 7527-6D8614 North Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property for the North Richmond Parkway in 1976 in the North Richmond area. Portions of the property, described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof were required by Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for the improvement of Wildcat Creek. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for County purposes. The property is needed by the DISTRICT for operation and maintenance of the completed creek improvements. The Board hereby FINDS that said real property is not required for any County use and hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said real property to Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed to the District on behalf of the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Grant Deed to be delivered to the County. This conveyance request is part of a larger project for which an Environmental Impact Report was prepared by the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and certified as complete. This activity has been found to conform to the General Plan of the County.
