SUBJECT Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in
accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached
announcement.
At 1 p.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105
of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez.
At 2: 10 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
