a portion of the northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Mount Diablo
Meridian, described as follows:
That parcel of land described as PARCEL ONE in the deed to Maggie T. Cowans recorded
February 18, 1976 in Volume 7764 at page 129, Official Records of said County, further described
as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 14 (T2N, R1 W); thence along the midsection line, being
also the centerline of Bailey Road, north 0055'30" west 775.75 feet, more or less, to the easterly
prolongation of the north line of said PARCEL ONE (7764 O.R. 129); thence along said
prolongation, south 89032'30" west 178.17 feet, to the northeast comer of said PARCEL ONE, the
True Point of Beginning; thence from the True Point of Beginning, along the boundary of said
