IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the following Right of Way Contract
is APPROVED, and the following Easement is ACCEPTED:

of the State of Easement 11-1-83 Company Escrow

Payment is for a 1,150 square foot drainage easement, a 1,150 square
foot temporary construction easement and miscellaneous landscaping.
The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above
Right of Way Contract on behalf of the County.
The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to draw a warrant in the
amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery.
The Read Property Division is DIRECTED to have said easement recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder.
