abatement policy for the Alamo area.

Caltrain Citizens Advisory Committee, P. O. Box 7310, San
Francisco 94120, requesting the Board to support the regional
rail plan connecting BART and an upgraded CalTrain in downtown
San Francisco as the only to way to complete the regional rail
system in this century.
