Page Two
111. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The Public Works Director, as Engineer Ex Officio of the Contra Costa County Sanitation District
No. 5, has filed with the Clerk of the Board a written report, containing a description of each
parcel of real property receiving sewer service from the District and the proposed amount of
charge, computed in conformance with the charges prescribed in District Ordinances, for each
parcel for Fiscal Year 1992-93.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The District would be unable to have the Fiscal Year 1992-93 service fees collected by the
County Tax Collector, and would have to use an alternate method to collect the service fees.
