1:71 Letter dated September 6, 1991, from Enrique G. Farias, Chief,
Financial and Performance Audits, State Department of Finance,
915 L Street, Sacramento 95814-4998, providing a summary
showing, the status of the County' s obligation to the State on
the receipt and expenditure of State Disaster Assistance
Program Funds. Mr. Farias requested the County to issue two
warrants: one for $3,154 to clear the net due to the State,
and a second for $14,996 to be held in trust until such time
as -FEMA renders its final decision.
