1:71 Letter dated September 6, 1991, from Enrique G. Farias, Chief,
Financial and Performance Audits, State Department. ofiFinance,
915 L Street, Sacramento 95814-4998, providing a summary
showing, the status of the County's obligation to the State on
the receipt and expenditure of State Disaster Assistance
Program Funds. Mr. Farias requested the County to issue two
warrants: one for $3,154 to clear the net due to the IState,
and a second for $14,996 to be held in trust until such time
as FEMA renders its final decision.
