SUBJECT: Hearing on Proposed General Plan Amendment for the
Rodeo Area.
Harvey Bragdon, Assistant Director of Planning,
having advised the Board that certain citizens of Rodeo have reo_uested
that the hearing on the proposed General Plan Amendment for
the Rodeo area be continued; and
The Board on November 29 , 1983 , having declared its intent
that on December 20 , 1983 , the time originally scheduled for the
aforesaid hearing, it would continue said hearing to January 24,
1983 ;
IT ISO BY THE BOARID ORDERED that the hearing on the
proposed General Flan Amendment for the Rodeo Area is CONTINUED
to January 24, 193 , at 2 : 30 p .m.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION 31-83
1. This request is approved for two parcels. ,The following
conditions require compliance prior to filing the Parcel
Map unless otherwise indicated.
2. The applicant shall pay $300. 00 for Park Dedication Fee.
3. The zoning variances are approved as requested; they must
meet the requirements of Section 26-2. 2006 of the County
Ordinance Code.
4. Comply with the requirements of the Public Works Department
as follows:
A. In accordance with Section 92-2. 006 of the County
Ordinance Code, this subdivision shall conform to the
provisions of the County Subdivision Ordinance (Title 9) .
Any exceptions therefrom must be specifically listed in
this conditional approval statement.
B. The following exceptions to Title 9 are permitted for
this subdivision:
1. Chapter 96-10, "Underground Utilities," for the
existing house on Parcel A.
2. Section 96-14. 002, "Improvement of County Streets"
3. Section 914-4. 402, "Discharge to Roadside Ditches,"
provided the applicant verifies the adequacy of the
downstream ditch system or constructs necessary
improvements to upgrade the system to adequately
convey runoff from this property.
C. Furnish proof to the Public Works Department, Land
Development Division, of the acquisition of all necessary
rights of entry, permits, and/or easements for the
construction of off-site, temporary or permanent road
and drainage improvements.
