SUBJECT: LEASE - 600 "F" STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease, commencing August 15, 1991
with the Martinez Unified School District for the premises at
600 ' "F" Street, Martinez, for occupancy by the Community
Services Department, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the
Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf
of the County. .
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the Community Services Department.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide space for
Preschool Program as requested by the Community Services
Department.
