HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09151991 - H.6 H.6 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Adopted this order on September 15, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Torlakson ABSTAIN: None ----------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT: Hearing On Rezoning Request 2950-RZ, Final Development Plan 3007-91, and Subdivision 7456, DeBolt Civil Engineering and David Anderson, Alamo Area. This is the time heretofore noticed by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for hearing on the recommendation of the San Ramon Valley Regional Planning commission on the request (2950-RZ) by DeBolt Civil Engineering (applicant) and David Anderson (owner) to rezone 3.1 acres from Single Family Residential (R-40) to Planned Unit District(P-1) with a variance to the minimum area requirements, for final development plan approval for a six-unit single family residential project (3007-91), and for vesting tentative map approval to subdivide 3.1 acres into six lots (Subdivision 7456) in the Alamo area. Mary Fleming, Community Development Department, presented the staff report on this matter and on the next matter on the agenda (H.7) at the same time. The public hearing was opened and the following person presented testimony: Mark Armstrong, Gagen, McCoy, McMahon and Armstrong, representing Mr. Anderson, spoke in support of the project. The public hearing was closed. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors declares its intent to approve the above proposal and final decision on the matter is DEFERRED to October 6, 1992, at 10:45 a.m.; Ordinance 92-71, giving effect to the rezoning is INTRODUCED, reading is waived and October 6, 1992 is SET for adoption of same.
