RECOMMENDATION APPROVE a Rental Agreement, commencing September 1, 1992, to Fabienne David and Heath Paterson, for the premises at 25 North Lane, Orinda, for occupancy by Fabienne David and Heath Paterson, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said";Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Agreement on behalf of the. County. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT This Rental Agreement shall provide revenue to the County Road Fund #1108 of approximately $11,700 . 00 per year. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND This Agreement will provide reasonably-priced housing for tenants and income to the County until a determination is made regarding the disposal of this property. .
