THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on August 6, 1991 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO.91/518
SUBJECT: Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the annexation of
Subdivisions 7188, 7277,7278, 7279,7280 and 7308 (Bettencourt Ranch)
as Zone 27 of the County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-
3 (LL-2) in the Camino Tassajara Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The Board PROPOSES to annex Subdivisions 7188, 7277, 7278, 7279,
7280 and 7308 (Bettencourt Ranch) as Zone 27 of the County
Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) pursuant to the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (section 22500 and following,
Streets and Highways Code) for the purposes of the following
improvements.
Maintain., service and operate all landscaping and irrigation
facilities within Zone 27 of the County Landscaping and Lighting
District AD 19.79-3 (LL-2) .
The proposed Zone 27 shall include the land shown on the map
designated, Assessment Diagram A.D. 1979-3 (LL-2) Zone 27
Subdivisions 7188,7277,7278, 7279,7280 and 7308 (Bettencourt Ranch)
which map is on file with the clerk of the Board and is hereby
approved.
The Public Works Director is hereby designated Engineer for
the purpose of these annexation proceedings. The Board hereby
DIRECTS the Engineer to prepare and file with the Clerk of the
Board a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 .
1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entsied on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

SUBJECT: Resolution ordering improvement and annexing Subdivisions
7188,7277,7278,7279,7280 and 7308 (Bettencourt Ranch) as Zone 27 of
the County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) in
the Camino Tassajara Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
On this date the Board ADOPTED its Resolution Initiating
Proceedings for the annexation of Subdivisions 7188,7277,7278,7279,
7280 and 7308 (Bettencourt Ranch) as Zone 27 of the County
Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) and DIRECTED the
preparation and filing of an Engineer' s Report on the proposed
annexation.
The Engineer for the proceedings has filed an Engineer's
Report with the Clerk of the Board.
Owners of all land within the boundaries of Subdivisions
7188,7277, 7278, 7279,7280 and 7308 (Bettencourt Ranch) have filed
their consent for annexation as Zone 27 without notice or hearing,
and to the adoption of the Engineer' s Report and the levy of
assessments stated therein.
The Board hereby ORDERS the improvements and the annexation of
Subdivisions 7188,7277,7278,7279, 7280 and 7308 (Bettencourt Ranch)
as described in the Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the
Engineer' s Report.
The Board hereby CONFIRMS the assessment diagram and
assessment contained in the Engineer's Report, and LEVIES the
assessment for. the fiscal year 1991-1992 .
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
