SUBJECT: Accept Oak Road Right of Way, Subdivision 6939, Walnut
Creek Area.
The Public Works Director having reported that on January 9,
1990 this Board accepted the completion of the improvements for
Subdvision 6939, development located in the Walnut Creek area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oak Road widening right
of way, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of
Subdivision 6939, filed December 8, 1988, in Book 328 of Maps at
page 14, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of
California, is hereby ACCEPTED.

RESOLUTION NO. 91/507
