BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION NO. 91/554
Commending Stephen E. Andereggen, Jr.
on Attaining the Rank of Eagle Scout
WHEREAS,Stephen E. Andereggen, Jr.,became involved in the Boy Scouts of America in
November of 1984, and is a member of Boy Scout Troop #151 in Antioch; and
WHEREAS,Stephen attended Mission Elementary and Park Jr High where he received
several Principal's Awards,was an Honor Roll student, a member of the California Junior Scholar-
ship Federation, and lettered in track. While attending Antioch High School as a sophomore, he
maintained Honor Roll status,was a member of the Vocational Industrail Club of America and was
voted Most Valuable Sophomore on the Panther yearbook staff. He just recently completed his
junior year at Cottage Grove High School in Oregon,where he earned National Honor Society
status along with his Academic school letter; and
WHEREAS,as an Eagle Scout project, Stephen planned, designed and built a covered bus
shelter for eight people. The shelter was designed so it can be easily disassembled and moved to
other sites as needed. His plans are on file with the school district as a resource for others.
WHEREAS,Stephen's hard work and excellent efforts will benefit the citizens of the com-
munity and the students of the school district in Cottage Grove.
NOW,TIIEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,hereby congratulates Stephen E.Andereggen, Jr.,
on earning the Eagle Scout Award and highly commends him for his involvement and service to his
community and his ambitious goals for the future.
PASSED by unanimous vote of the Board Members present on the 13th day of August,
1991.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of an order entered on the
