HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09251990 - 1.8 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on September 25, 1990 'by the following vote: { AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder; McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: -RESOLUTION NO.90/634 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivislion Agreement for Subdivision 7163, Oakley Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: {� The Final Map of Subdivision .7163 , property located in the ' Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials. A Subdivision Agreement with 5726 Sonoma Drive Associates I, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to . complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement..- Said greement.Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion ofjroad and drainage ,improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's. Deposit Permit No. 178708, dated September 10, 1990) in the' amount of $2,971 made by 5726 Sonoma Drive Associates I. B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated September 6, 1990, and issued by Developers Insurance Company (Bond No. 202948 S) with 5726 Sonoma Drive Associate's I as principal, in the amount of $294; 129 for faithful performance and $148, 550 for labor and materials. j� II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1989'-90 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1990-91 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1990, is estimated to be $600. III. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code,, in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 178577 dated September 6, 1990) made by Mike Conley in the amount of $600 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; ii NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans. ,I RESOLUTION NO.90/634 Il ' r Approve Final Map for Subdivision 7163 September 25, 1990 Page Two BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Mapis APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of ��the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision ',Agreement is also APPROVED.
