RESOLUTION N0. 90/633
SUBJECT: Approval of a Substitute Subdivision Agreement, Subdivi-
sion 6971, Oakley Area. II
The following document was presented for Board approval this
date:
A substitute Subdivision Agreement with Lawrie Development
Corporation, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete
all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within
one year from the date of said agreement.
Said document was accompanied by the following:

Security to guarantee the road and drainage improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit
No. 157459, dated June 2, 1989) in the amount
of $5, 650, made by Camray Development and
Construction Company. Oakley Estates
Investors I, a California Limited Partnership
with Camray Development and Construction
Company, Incorporated was reimbursed $5, 650
through the sale of the property. Therefore,
when the improvements are accepted after the
warranty period, the cash security shall be
refunded directly to Lawrie Development
Corporation.
b. Additional security in the form of a corporate
surety bond rider dated July 23, 19,90, and
issued by Golden Eagle Insurance Company (Bond
No. SUR106242) with Lawrie Development
Corporation as principal, in the amount of
$559, 350 for faithful performance and $282,500
for labor and materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said substitute Subdivision
Agreement is APPROVED. �I

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdivision Agreement with
Oakley Estates Investors, I, a California Limited Partnership, as
approved by the Board on July 11, 1989, is TERMINATED, in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, ifi' appropriate, to.
1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the
date shhown.
