RECOMMENDATION Declare as surplus and authorize the Purchasing, Services Officer to dispose of property as specifically set forth in the attached. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Section 1108-2 . 212 of the County Ordinance authorizes the Purchasing Agent to dispose of any personal property belong- ing to Contra Costa County and found by the Board of Supervisors not to be further required for public use. The attached items are obsolete, worn out or beyond economical repair and are appropriate for disposal.
