HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09111990 - 1.12 Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on September 11, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisors Powers and Schroder ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/595 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 7165, Oakley Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7165 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Morrison Homes, subdivider, heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of . the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of August 20,. 1990 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY January 30, 1990 Seaboard Surety Company Bond No. 209065-89 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map of Subdivision 7165 filed February 2, 1990, in Book 342 of Maps at page 1, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads. RESOLUTION NO. 90/595 Completion of Improvements for Subdivision 7165 September 11, 1990 Page Two BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby established, and the $4200 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 166318; dated December 15, 1989) made by Morrison Homes, subdivider, be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
