SUBJECT: Resolution Adopting Ordinance No. 17 for Sanitation
District No. 15.
The Board as the governing body of Contra Costa County
Sanitation District No. 15 on July 10, 1990 fixed August 7 , 1990
for a hearing on Ordinance No. 17 amending Ordinance No. 1 of
Sanitation District No. 15, establishing the annual sewer and water
charge for fiscal year 1990-91.
The Board having heard and considered all objections or
protests, if any, to said ordinance;
THE BOARD HEREBY FINDS that the noticing required by
Section 54992 of the Government Code had been made;
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that Ordinance No. 17 is
hereby ADOPTED.
IT IS BY THE BOARD FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk is
DIRECTED to cause a copy of Ordinance No. 17 to be published
pursuant to Section 3 of said ordinance.

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
AS AND CONSTITUTING
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 15
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL SEWER AND WATER SERVICE CHARGE
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 IN
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 15
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as and constitut-
ing the Board of Directors of Contra Costa County Sanitation
District No. 15, does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. ANNUAL UNIT CHARGE. For Fiscal Year 1989-90, the
"Annual Unit Charge" referred to in Section 12 .5 of Ordinance No.
1 and water service charge for each of the following zones is:
Zone 1: $180.00 (Beacon West)
Zone 2: 120.00 (Willow Park Marina)
Zone 3: 350.00 (Willow Mobile Home Park)
Zone 4: 300.00 (All SD 15 sewer users)
SECTION 2. COLLECTION ON TAR ROLL. The District hereby elects to
collect the annual service charges on the Fiscal Year 1990-91 tax
roll.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective 30
days after passage, and within 15 days after passage shall be
published once with the names of Supervisors voting for and against
it in the Brentwood News, a newspaper published in the County and
circulated in the District.
